![]() Would prefer to be able to do this on my own but if i should take it to an apple store let me know.ĮDIT: issue resolved. Or is there a way (like on iOS devices) to "return to factory state" if that makes sense? ![]() ![]() could i simply attach my id to the currently existing admin account and change the password like that? I've read that if i have an apple id associated with the admin account i can use it to reset the password. There is no apple id asociated with the admin account but there is a password linked to it that it keeps prompting me to enter if i want to instal or uninstall software. Just recieved a 2008 macbook running 10.7 that i bought on ebay.
